    In 2021, Rupert founded Seeking Out Solutions, bringing together a diverse and dynamic group of coaches with complementary expertise, all dedicated to fostering growth, transformation, and success.

  • Phil Parvin

    For 30 years, Phil has worked on trading floors in financial markets at Icap plc- a fast-paced, energetic, and high-octane environment with continual emotional highs and lows.

    He is a highly experienced, knowledgeable, proactive, and resourceful business leader with an outstanding track record in building and maintaining market-leading franchises. In his previous roles, he gained a reputation for taking a balanced, pragmatic, and measured approach that inspires others to improve their performance and achieve long-standing career goals. As an empathetic and focused senior manager, Phil learned to listen, connect, align, and harmonise teams of motivated but divergent personalities and to maximise individual and team performance.

    Since leaving the financial markets, Phil has become an EMCC Practitioner in Transformational Coaching and is trained in Team Coaching. He works with individuals and teams to focus on current challenges and future objectives. The desire to learn more about yourself or the teams you work with is vital to further achievements.

  • Andy Mitchell

    For over 20 years Andy was a Marketer in global companies ranging from drinks and brewing to skincare and consumer electronics. It was during his time with Heineken that Andy became interested in personal and team development. His coaching career began in 2011 and that’s also when Andy first started using NLP techniques. These skills have been supplemented with studies in hypnosis and hypnotherapy to help bring about lasting change, quickly.

    Andy specialises in a brief, solution-focused approach. That means that together you will focus on problem-solving and your future, improving performance, and getting results rather than counseling, analysis, or exploration.

  • Harry Hastings

    Harry has been in the world of education for 30 years and is currently Headteacher of Ardingly College Prep School, having been Head of Brighton College Prep prior to this. He has led departments in History, English and Sport. Harry is currently leading an extensive restructuring of his school. Alongside this, he has recently trained as a Level 7 Coach with the ILM and now specialises in supporting individuals in the world of education and the greater parameters of employment to transformational change and development in their habits at work and their personal lives.

    Harry has worked and lived in the UK, and Africa. He has always been a tutor to pupils from ages 8-13 as well as mentoring staff in his own school and maintaining links with other teachers in other schools who have sought his advice, guidance, and help. Harry will provide coaching for headteachers and leadership teams 1:1, in person, or virtually as appropriate.

    Becky is an Executive Coach who has built her career working for market-leading businesses and brands in the marketing, communications, creative, and media industries.

A dynamic challenger and cheerleader for her teams, Becky has held leadership positions in B2B and B2C focussed organisations such as News Corp, WPP, The Economist Group, and The FT, as well as having founded and run the award-winning agency, Ambition London.

  • Simon Burton

    Simon’s area of expertise is in developing Leaders, Managers, and Teams. He coaches at all levels including Executive and is highly experienced in facilitation and change management where he has helped to create healthier companies through delivering people transformational projects which have successfully contributed to evolving their culture and improving the overall people capabilities.

    Having grown up within a family wholesale distribution business, Simon originally began his career in France. He returned to the UK in an operational capacity before moving into HR, where he has held various senior roles in Leadership Development, Organisational Development & Change, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Internal Communications.

    Simon has over 20 years’ experience of working in some well-known FTSE and AIM companies, franchised and privately owned businesses - all highly successful and market leaders in their own right. He has worked across a range of sectors, including Pharmaceuticals, Facilities Management, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing & Distribution and Hospitality. Simon also runs his own Coaching & Training consultancy.

    During his career Simon has worked globally with experience in Europe (particularly the Nordics), Asia Pac and also the Channel Islands. He has operated at Executive level and worked directly with Boards. He has been responsible for managing teams across complex matrices, accountable for setting visions and strategies, and putting in place key people infrastructure to elevate business maturity and prepare organisations’ readiness for future growth.

    Simon has worked both in businesses that are either in growth or preparing for growth phases and businesses having to operate in survival and under immense pressure. This has included experience of working on rightsizing, target operating models and business review projects to save cost and help raise funds from investors.

    Simon is an Accredited Executive Coach (AoEC) and trained in Somatic Cognitive Coaching. His is an Insights Discovery Practitioner and a Neurolinguistic Programming Business Practitioner, Simon is also accredited to practice Emotional Intelligence and Firo B. He has been a TEN network leadership panellist, Training Awards judge, presented on “Leadership” for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (for whom he is a member) and has completed the Graduate Certificate in Organisational Development Sussex University.

    Simon is practical in his approach, he is interested in systemic change, behavioural science and he is passionate about inclusivity and developing individuals and teams to believe in their own abilities to perform at their best.

    Having built her career in marketing, brand and communications in sectors including management consultancy, financial services, charities and hospitality, Polly understands the challenges leaders face in creating high-performing teams and thriving workplace cultures.

    Her expertise lies in helping businesses navigate growth, align teams with shared values and goals, and build resilient, motivated teams and confident leaders. Polly’s approach combines strategic insight with practical tools to drive real, lasting behavioural change. Whether working with senior leaders or entire teams, she is dedicated to making businesses better places to work, where people can succeed and grow.

    Polly is a coach and facilitator for the government’s Help to Grow Management programme and was a coach for Henley Business School’s executive development programmes.
